Cooking: Savory & Sweets (K-6th)

Just like the name suggests! Each day will feature a sweet treat that will go perfectly with dinner or one savory dish that is sure to become a family favorite! We'll work on learning new baking skills like creaming, whisking, and melting. And cooking skills such as stewing, stir-frying, and sautéing. 

All Star Drama Club (2nd-6th)

In this class, young performers step into Moonlit Wings' Drama Club! Dive into new lessons every season with fresh scripts of comedy, drama, and hilarious improv games. Sharpen speech, stage presence, and teamwork through theatre. Parents are invited to a mini-performance during the final class. Drama Club is where creative kids make lasting friendships and keep the fun going, season after season!

Motor Mayhem:  Mechanical & Electrical Motors for Vehicles (3rd-6th)

Bust a move and crash some cars.

Come explore the ways of motors - from simple air blasts to overclocked electric motors.  You will make helicopters, and airplanes.  Explore rockets and make your own stomp rocket assembly.  Wrap up with electric motors and your very own electric car.  Almost all of these will crash at least once, so be ready for extreme mayhem.

Ultimate Sports (K-3rd)

Ultimate Sports includes the Sports Mix class - Basketball, Flag Football, Soccer, PLUS Run Club, Relay Races, Sharks & Minnows, Capture the Flag, and more. Athletes start each class with warm ups, move on to learn the basics of dribbling, shooting, passing and catching for different sports, and then form teams to scrimmage when the kids are ready. Coach will also engage kids in team racing competitions, sharks and minnows, capture the flag, different types of tag games, and other fun games such as walk the plank, join the crew. Ultimate sports is all about fun, fitness and learning new skills. It’s a great way to be active with friends after the school day!

Castles and Kingdoms (K-6th)

Who wouldn’t want to escape and play in the world of magic, fairytales, and royalty? In Snapology’s Castles, Kingdoms, and Wizards program, students will have the opportunity to use LEGO® bricks to design their medieval fantasies while also bringing the real history to life! Yes, your student will do more than just build with LEGO® bricks, they will build their historical understanding of the unique elements that make the medieval time period such a fascinating point in human history.

What will your students learn:

- History: We'll learn about medieval history and discuss the influences of the time

- Engineering: Students will be challenged to build castles and forts that stand up and perform key functions

- Creativity: Each build will be created by the students collaboration, channeling their imagination to design their own world

- Presentation and cooperative play: Students will present their build at the end of each session and outline what they created

NYSA Pottery Club (K-6th)

This pottery club will ensure a safe and fun learning environment where kids can explore the fun material of clay and let their imaginations run freely. There will be lots of fun activities, including glazing and painting, carving, pattern designing, and hand-building projects, including tiny houses and their favorite animals! Young creators will be creating together as a class to ensure a fun learning environment under the supervision and teaching of the instructor.

Debate Club (3rd-6th)

Students will select debate topics they find appealing, and learn the art of persuasion. Students will work in rotating groups and practice their debating skills in a supportive environment, including developing arguments, issuing rebuttals, providing examples, rebuilding their case and summarizing points of view. Students will learn to think on their feet and enhance their public speaking skills, gaining self-confidence in the process.

Note: This club is structured as 3 independent and different modules to be offered year-round (preferred) or individually in the fall, winter or spring.

Foam, Slime & Potions with KidScientific (1st-6th)

Step into a world of captivating experiments and mind-blowing discoveries! Our hands-on camp  will immerse your child into the enchanting realm of foam, slime, and potions, as we unravel the secrets of science. Prepare to concoct elixirs that magically change color, create your own bouncy balls, and whip up some homemade PopRocks that fizz in your mouth. Each experiment combines the perfect blend of creativity and scientific exploration. 

Glow Light Dance Party (K-5th)

Kids in Motion Glow Light Dance Party is an exciting one-of-a kind class that takes the great music and dance moves from our Zumba, Hip Hop, and other dance fitness classes, but we switch it up to include glow lights! This class will be set in a creative dance environment where the students will spend the class learning different choreographies to kid friendly songs. Children are provided with mini finger flashlights to create a glow dance party! In addition to a dance work out, they will also play games such as freeze dance, dancing 4 corners, limbo, center star, follow the leader, balloon games, limbo, and many more.
